  15. This program I produced as an exercise in assembler, allocating traps,
  16. running in Supervisor mode, and changing the Kickstart on my 1000.  I tried
  17. using the Amiga's Kickstart routines, but they did not seem to work, I kept
  18. on visting the Guru.  If any one has a program using the Amiga's Kickstart
  19. routines, I would be interested in see it,

  24. I use the 68000 RESET instuction (which is a Supervisor mode instrustion
  25. only) which does all sorts of nasty things to the machine one of which is the
  26. screen goes blank.

  29. How to use the program:

  31. The program runs from the CLI or Workbench (thanks to John Mathews for
  32. teaching me some basics on ICONS).  Just type in CRASH from CLI or double
  33. click the ICON ( ICON form the game Chain Reaction, author unknown, thanks
  34. to Steve Vermeulen for producing a program called SIT which changes the tool
  35. type of a ICON) and the screen will go blank, then give the three fingure
  36. salute ( Control, Amiga, Amiga ) and you shouid have the Kickstart requester
  37. on your machine if it is a 1000, on 500, 2000 I do not know what happens.
